No Ordinary Experience supported the creation of new work from this critically acclaimed all women performance from R&D through to the main stage at the Southbank Centre.

ABOUT

Over the course of two years, Georgina & No Ordinary Experience worked side by side with trailblazer, Deborah Coughlin, to put Gaggle at the heart of contemporary theatre making.

In 2016, Gaggle (with our support in producing & fundraising) delivered FAT, at Hackney Showroom & BAC. FAT is an exploration of size, power, gender and poverty.

Currently in a format of a selection of ideas from sketches to ditties, presentations to dance, drama to comedy and starred Jamie Rose Monk.

In July 2016 Gaggle Productions took over a space in Battersea Arts Centre to RnD ideas around fat, space, class, poverty, gender and power. Gaggle went on to open the 2018 Women of the World Festival with Yap!Yap!Yap! a recreation and celebration of women's speeches with a star cast including Jamie Rose Monk, Nicola Coughlan (Derry Girls), comedian Shazia Mirza and Sue Pollard.

YAP!YAP!YAP! became OUTSPOKEN - an inspiring collection of 50 speeches from women throughout history, From Joan of Arc and Virginia Wolf, to Michelle Obama and Jameela Jamil written by Deborah. Well worth a buy!
