No Ordinary Experience (NOE) consults, creates and facilitates to inspire new conversations, experiences and to support artists & organisations. Led by Georgina Bednar, NOE works across artform with special interest in supporting diverse artists and to support organisatoins to programme high quality work.
NOE is currently focused on grants, bids & project design, with an intention to return to coaching in the future. We are no longer directly producing projects at this time.

ABOUT GEORGINA
Georgina has fifteen years as a producer, strategist & bid writer. She has created funding pots, large-scale engagement programmes, led small organisations and produced a range of interactive experiences, festivals, workshops, tours and community interventions. For each organisation, she manages staff teams, fundraising pitches, grant programmes, chaired stakeholder groups, led relationships with funders and regularly co-created programmes with senior artists (Mark Storer, Lemn Sissay, RSC, Complicit, Akram Khan Company, Artichoke, Michael Rakowitz) and communities across London.
She has worked as a coach & facilitator with charities, regeneration & social change focusing on personal development, public engagement and social change. She has worked with senior management, professionals, communities, faith groups, migrants, youth and independent artists. Georgina is motivated by holding space for the big & small conversations using a creative and thoughtful approach. She specialises in creating communities of practice and dynamic training for professionals and artists in a range of settings inc. online.
As a citizen artist, Georgina has co-created interactive & digital experiences across London, Birmingham, Tunisia, Melbourne and online, in theatres, above pubs, in vaults, and shut down streets with young people & communities, work she loves and missed during #lockdown.
